Accounts Payable Assistant - Contract - Global Brand

Our key client is currently looking to recruit a Accounts Payable Assistant on a fixed term 6 month contract who will join the existing Accounts team located at their beautiful offices in central London.
To include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Assisting and working closely with the Finance Manager
- Processing, coding and matching a high volume of invoices
- Uploading invoices to the system
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing staff expenses
- Payment runs weekly by BACS and CHAPS
- Deal promptly and efficiently with queries
Successful candidates MUST have have good working knowledge of the SAP software as well as being able to demonstrate practical accounts payable experience. Personality is key for this role as they look for outgoing people capable of working in a highly efficient, which perfectly mirrors their brand.
