New Business Team Leader
Are you an experienced Team Leader with Financial Services experience?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading Wealth Management firm. They are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to manage their New Business Team in Bristol.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team accountable for the administration of all new business from both external advisors and the internal distribution team. A key element of this role will be to ensure that the team is correctly resourced at all times and that work volumes and quality are suitably managed, monitored and maintained. You will play an active role in the development and training of the team and ensure processes and procedures are efficient to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous Team Leader experience within a Financial Services environment (e.g Wealth Management / Insurance / Protection)
- Product knowledge on Pensions, Life Products, Bonds or Investments is advantageous.
- Ability to learn new products and systems quickly and efficiently.
- First-rate communication skills and a strong team orientated ethos.
