Assistant Brand Development Manager

Our client is ranked as one of the world's Top 10 Best Restaurants by the New York Times, who is looking to recruit an experienced Marketer to join as an Assistant Brand Development Manager to join their team based in Central London. The position is offering a salary in line with experience, up to £30,000 and offers lots of room to progress.

You will be responsible for creating brand development plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the short and long-term marketing strategy, making this brand a household name in the UK. The Assistant Brand Manager collaborates with Operations, Culinary / R&D and Finance teams to ensure that all initiatives support the brand promise. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will take a lead in managing internal and external partners and all aspects of their projects.

*You will be handling London's brand development work including advertising, promotions, creative projects, media relations and event management.
*You will be in charge of the tactical execution of the brand's marketing communication initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals and organizational objectives.
*You will take lead and when needed, coordinate campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis and optimization.
*You will work and lead the team to delivering and implementing campaigns and projects.
*You must be proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and a day-to-day focus on results.

*This role requires a strategic and analytical approach to monitoring and improving ROI. Has to prepare and manage budgets for various marketing and branding initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies.
*This is an ideal role for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented marcom professional with a strong background in FMCG/retail environment.
*Degree / Diploma in Mass Communication / Marketing or related discipline.
*Minimum 3 - 5 years' relevant experience
*Possess brand management experience with experience in the F&B/ FMCG industry
