Are you looking for your next temporary contract?

Accountancy Action is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a 12 month contract for a luxury retailer based in Central London.

Main Duties:

  • Paying invoices
  • Managing accounts
  • Entering and coding invoices onto invoice matching systems
  • Running payment reports
  • Writing cheques, transfer and bank remittances
  • Carrying out any queries to do with accounts
  • Creating end of month reports
  • Updating all relevant spreadsheets
  • Handling all telephone queries

The ideal candidate will have up to one years experience in a similar role and is competent in all Microsoft Office programmes. As a bonus, you will be offered pension and life assurance along with desirable discounts.
