Our client is an established business based in Southampton. They are actively recruiting for an International Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. You will need to have experience of start to finish payroll

Main Purpose of the Role:

To lead the administration of international payroll provisions in an accurate, timely and compliant manner. To work closely with the UK payroll team to provide a professional international payroll service to all outbound and inbound assignees and overseas employees.

Roles and Responsibilities
To lead the administration of the international payrolls ,working closely with the UK payroll teams, to ensure payroll processing is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Review international payroll procedures and processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and maximise efficiency, making recommendations for improvements where identified and implementing agreed change
Provide detailed advice and guidance on UK and international payroll legislation
Point of contact for international payroll providers re international pay information and statutory deductions
Working with international HR team
To ensure all international statutory deductions to ensure overseas payments are accurate and on time

Qualifications Required
About you

Minimum of 2 years payroll experience is essential
A track record of UK and International payroll experience
Payroll related qualification preferred
Ability to grasp and adhere to payroll improvement e.g. new systems and business culture
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Must have a positive can do attitude and enjoy a providing a high level of service
Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
Ability to work under own initiative and demonstrate a proactive attitude
