An opportunity has become available with our client to join their Accounting and Finance Department. Working within a busy team you will join us on a permanent basis and will be responsible for ensuring receipt of customer payments

As an Accounts Administrator your main responsibilities will be :

• Preparing accounts receivable invoices
• Liaising with customers for payment of invoices
• Allocating of cash received
• Reconciling several bank accounts (including currency accounts)
• Liaising with other departments to reconcile balances
• Controlling Direct Debits related to the company car scheme
• Processing of ‘Month End’ activities
• Participating in year end activities

To be considered for the position of Accounts Administrator you must have/be:

• Experienced in working within an Accounts Receivable Function
• A good understanding of Financial Accounts
• Methodical & flexible approach to work
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Computer Literate

To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be liaising with internal and external customers on a daily basis so strong written and verbal communication skills are key. This is a busy role so excellent organisational skills are paramount.
