Senior Account Manager - Required Skills / Experience:

  • A proven IT Sales Background (2 years plus within a VAR or MSP)
  • Experience within Infrastructure, Cloud, Professional / Managed Services, Converged Infrastructure, Workspace
  • Ambitious and Self-motivated
  • Capable of managing own time and workload
  • Full understanding of products, prices and supplier discounts
  • Driven to achieve with a positive mental attitude
  • Communication skills (listening, persuasive, presentation)

Senior Account Manager - Duties / Responsibilities:

  • The role of Senior Account Manager is to identify, nurture and close sales opportunities within a defined account base
  • Ensure individual monthly and yearly targets are met
  • Sell and promote the businesses full portfolio and services
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage and orchestrate customer face to face engagements
  • Attend regular technology training sessions
