Our client, a Global Technology Solutions company based in the City, is seeking a Helpdesk Support to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Helpdesk Support you will be responsible for providing the first level of technical support for products and services. This position will work with customers and internal support teams to assist with trouble shooting and problem resolution.
The Helpdesk Support should be able to deal with a large volume of email correspondence and have a keen attention for detail. You will have previous customer service experience, ideally gained in the telecommunications industry. Experience with email based customer service or "Live Chat" experience is advantageous but not essential. You will need to be able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have strong problem solving and MS Office skills.
The ability to speak French, Arabic, German or Spanish would be an advantage but not essential.
