Your Job: Account Manager

You'll get: £24k (plus commission)

You'll be working in: Central London, Permanent contract

Our client is an international software company, which develops electronic solutions and survey feedback systems

What you'll be doing:

- Overseeing customer account management

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

- Develop an understanding on products to confidently present to customers at meetings/webinars

- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, account status and annual forecasts)

- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within customer base

- Schedule catch up meetings with customers

- Assist and identify challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events throughout the UK

- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments and events

- Developing quotes and proposals

You are 'THE ONE' if you have:

- Business/Science related degree at 2:1 minimum

- Good customer services skills

- Interested in software & technology

- Willing to travel around the UK often

- Professional demeanour

- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)

- Excellent telephone manner

- Consultative nature

- Willing to gain in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail

- Excellent time management and organisation

Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, etc.) may be a bonus.
