Employee Benefits Project Manager / Consultant
Project Manager required for Award Winning Technology firm specialising in Total Reward and Online Benefits Technology with a twist. Based in London this firm have clients which extend to the UK and Europe and are rapidly growing. This exciting opportunity as a Project Manager / Implementation Consultant will ask for accountability for delivering medium/complex projects including on-boarding new clients and engaging employees in the product. You will advise on best practice with clients, perform fact finds and complex scheme design as well as making recommendations on programme set up.
To be considered you will have project management experience, Employee Benefits implementation experience is highly desirable however not essential, we will also consider a background in HR/Payroll software. The chosen candidate must have a proven track record of managing and delivering large project initiatives, employee engagements and managing multiple clients.
To be considered you must have a strong understanding of the full project life-cycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverables. Client account management experience is also required as you will be able to forge long standing relationships with clients. We have opportunities at various levels and salaries range from £35,000 - £55,000 depending on experience plus a benefits package and another confidential perk.
