Credit Management Coordinator- London- £26k

We are looking for a Credit Management Coordinator to join a leading company based in London. This position is one of double line management, reporting to both the Credit & Treasury manager based in Paris and the Administration and Client Service Manager based in the UK office

Job Description :

The Credit Management Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Client Accounts management for all corporate events

- Accounts collection for all events

- Ensuring payment of invoices

- Responsible for UK Office petty cash, cheques and foreign currency

- Update financial data in Invoicing software for all events

- Update data in Salesforce

- You will be the first point of contact regarding any cash collection queries (this could be done by email, phone, written correspondence or face to face)

- You will be the point of contact for the Credit and Treasury department in their Paris office.

- Assist with various other ad hoc admin duties to assist the UK office team as required and approved by the Credit & Treasury Manager The Credit Management Coordinator will be required to attend corporate trade shows and to visit the company’s Head Office in Paris

Profile requirement:

- College degree

- 2-5 years Finance experience

- French will be a plus

- Writing Skills, Reporting cash collection Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organisation, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Verbal Communication
