Demand Generation Specialist
Our client are an eCommerce digital giant who support some of the largest organisations worldwide.
We are working with them to expand their Demand Generation team. Operating as a Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll identify opportunities for the Field Sales Team, helping them to progress and close deals. You’ll help to generate sales leads, through a mixture of handling inbound enquiries, and undertaking outbound cold calling.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your day-to-day activities and duties will include:
? Using a CRM system, to select appropriate companies to approach within a target market space
? Networking with selected companies, to identify appropriate contacts
? Following up on inbound queries
? Assisting in orchestrating marketing campaigns and ensuring that they are followed up appropriately.
You should demonstrate:
? The ability to represent services on the telephone in a professional and credible manner, and
the ability to identify opportunities via the telephone
? Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
? An understanding of eCommerce and how such solutions are used to benefit the business
? The ability to manage multiple opportunities
? The ability to be assertive and goal-oriented, you’ll be driven yet have integrity
? A high degree of organisation, and high computer literacy
? The ability to have a meaningful conversations with senior level stakeholders
Qualifications and experience
? Previous experience of demand generation, ideally in the tech sector, selling B2B.
? Experience of working an environment where you’ve had contact with senior C level
? Be accustomed to pipeline management, and should have used a software system for
