THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

The successful candidate will have the ability to resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone in support of internal and/or external customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.

You will diagnose, isolate and analyse problems utilizing historical database records. Calls may require routing to product line specialists. You will maintain and update records and tracking databases and be responsible for alerting management of recurring problems and patterns of problems.

PROFILE

Our ideal candidate will:

* Have knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
* Have experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite Support experience
* Be self-motivated with willingness to learn from colleagues
* Be a good team player and able to use own initiative
* Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Demonstrate outstanding customer service and telephone etiquette skills
* Have strong problem determination skills

Desired Knowledge:

* ITSM Support experience and ITIL familiarity
* VPN/Remote Access Support experience
* Mobile device support experience
* Networking environments including wireless
* PC/Technical Support service desk experience
