Job duties and responsibilities:

* The successful applicant will be required to convert apprenticeship vacancies into placements with our clients
* Working out of the Central Manchester office, you will be experienced in the recruitment and selection of learners and match them to our open apprenticeship vacancies
* Sourcing suitable learners via a variety of methods including; advertisements and networking at schools and job fairs
* Interviewing learners and selection of the most suitable learner for each vacancy
* Providing information, advice and guidance to both learner and client
* Account management of clients needs and requirements throughout the duration of the learner apprenticeship
* Responsible for establishing excellent customer relationships with both learner and client, ensuring total customer satisfaction and repeat business
* Ensuring that suitability of clients and eligible learners are identified through the effective use of initial assessment

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

* Recent Learner Recruitment experience within the WBL & Training industry
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Adept in meeting and exceeding set KPIs and targets
* A confident communicator with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
* Solid experience in working in a target driven sales environment
* Competent in Maths & English (GSCE Grade C or above) and IT Proficient
* Experienced in interviewing learners whilst providing accurate information, advice and guidance
* Account management skills
* Full UK driving licence and use of own car
