Accountancy Action is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for an 8month contract. The ideal candidate will be running the Purchase Ledger function and will assist with the Sales Ledger function.

Main Duties:

  • Providing finance service to internal and external customers, budget holders, suppliers and volunteers.
  • Issue invoices for coding and authorisation.
  • Inputting invoices onto SUN.
  • To prepare BACS payment runs
  • Process payments, refunds, expenses once a fortnight.
  • Dealing with any payment queries.
  • Managing company credit card and any petty cash
  • To assist in Sales Ledger postings on the CRM.
  • Managing the Accounts email inbox dealing with any queries that come in.
