Sales Manager, Ad Tech £70k

We're looking for a Strategic Sales Manager from an Ad Technology background, with a broad base of publisher and agency contacts. You will lead a small, yet talented team to generate digital technology sales into all sectors of the digital media economy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership & coordination of our sales growth, specifically with publishers, media agencies and creative agencies
  • Development of key sales strategies, account planning and prospecting, market segmentation and client prioritisation
  • Collaboration with the Business & Client Development teams
  • Attending key networking events

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of generating strategic business relationships, structuring creative and successful partnerships
  • Thorough understanding of and passion for the digital marketplace and ad technology ecosystem, including display & mobile, adserving, reporting and digital tools
  • Experience with sales planning, strategy, messaging, account targeting and prioritisation
  • An aptitude for sales with an energetic demeanour and numbers driven results orientation, comfortable with performance driven, variable compensation sales roles
  • Proactive with a positive attitude and a passion to succeed, to get stuck in and work as part of a team
  • You will be able to demonstrate an ability to plan and execute flawlessly, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum of three years industry experience
