Our client is a well-known Jewish Charity located in a prestigious area of London. Alongside the Charity, they also run classes on Sunday for children within the community. They are actively recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join their fast paced and busy offices. This position will benefit from early Friday's as well as a generous holiday package.

Duties will include:
* Providing administrative support to the MD and Office Manager
* Ensuring the smooth running of the offices
* Diary management
* Overseeing office procedures and systems
* Key contact for committees and volunteers
* Responsible for all Sunday school correspondence,; sending application forms, following up with potential members, chasing and processing payments and general correspondence with parents
* Coordination and organisation of Sunday school events
* Coordinating weekly Sunday school newsletters
* Keeping track of expenses and pupil attendance
* Emailing Membership forms and managing the signing up process
* Producing invoices and chasing membership fees
* Assisting in coordinating communal events
* Updating and maintaining the in-house database

Skills and Attributes:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong IT skills
* Good command of the English language
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
