My client is looking to hire an enthusiastic office assistant to join their successful and dynamic property development company and assist with the social media and marketing of there pre-launch online lettings community.

Initial duties to include but not limited to:
• Meet and greet all visitors
• General office administration including co ordinating bookings
• Visit various sites/developments when required
• Assist directors when required
• Assist with & manage social handles

Whilst no property industry experience is necessary, my client is looking for someone with the ambition to succeed and take on opportunities to grow within the business. You’ll be responsible for the running and organisation of daily office life. You’ll be exposed to high-profile property development and investment sectors, so you must be ambitious and prepared to come in at ground floor level to a serially entrepreneurial company and work your way up. The previous incumbent to this role has now progressed to Strategy Manager. You will ideally have demonstrable interest in property and the UK housing market. You will show demonstrable flair and interest in social media channels and promotional techniques. Case studies of using social media to build a brand is desirable but not obligatory. A driving license is desirable.
