IT Support Analyst - 1st and 2nd Line - Covent Garden, London
6 Month FTC - with possibility of perm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a personable IT Support Analyst (1st and 2nd Line) to join an established business firm based near Covent Garden.

Please note this is 6 month fixed term contract and candidates must be available to interview the week beginning 10th July.

The ideal candidate will have gained 12-18 months experience providing 1st and 2nd line support to users within a windows environment. You will have perhaps studied IT or Computer Science at university or college and will be able to provide support both deskside and remotely.

Key responsibilities of this IT Support Analyst role include:

Provide a point of contact for users regarding incidents and service requests ensuring they are logged and assigned correctly
Maintain a high degree of customer service to the user base
Provide support across the following; desktop, hardware, software, printers, remote access and mobile device support
Escalation of issues to 3rd line team where appropriate

To be suitable you will have gained experience across the following technologies:

Microsoft operating systems including Windows 7, Outlook, Word, Excel
Active Directory
iPads, iPhone, Blackberry

The salary on offer for this role is up to £25,000 pro rata.
