The role of Marketing Manager for our client’s major, global LSE is a fantastically exciting position for someone with around 4 years B2B event marketing experience. The event takes place annually, is attended by more than 6000 senior professionals from over 100 countries and is the largest global event in its sector. There is a sister event in South America and plans for international expansion of the portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating highly tailored, customer-centric marketing collateral
  • Creating, repurposing and optimising content in different, innovative formats for various platforms, including site, email, social media and print
  • Extensive use of internal database to select/manipulate for marketing campaigns
  • Implementing and managing a coordinated marketing campaign for each conference
  • Prospect identification, lead generation and lead nurturing
  • Detailed response analysis of past campaigns
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team
  • Working with external designers on the design and production of marketing material
  • Creating and curating of marketing content for social media channels
  • Supplier liaison to ensure the timely dispatch of campaigns
  • Editing website copy to ensure it is sales led and search friendly
  • Internal and external contra-deals to promote key events and raise awareness of the brand
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing to create and deliver a new exciting marketing strategy

We're looking for a candidate with a strong degree and around four years experience. You'll have strong creative and writing skills and will be a strong, deadline-driven project manager.
