A well respected London Trust are currently looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join their busy and vibrant team.

The Duties:
*To manage the Trust learning management system Oracle Learning Management.
* To be responsible for the co-ordination of mandatory and statutory training working with
Subject Matter Experts on reducing the amount of time spent in a classroom environment to complete the training.
* To effectively manage the Learning and Development Officers, ensuring adequate processes
are in place to ensure the Learning and Development function operates efficiently and
* To contribute to the commissioning process for statutory and mandatory activities.
*To be responsible for design and delivery of training interventions;
*To develop and implement innovative methods for addressing the learning and
development needs of multi-disciplinary staff groups.

To be successful in this role, you will:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent. Membership of relevant professional
organisation(s), e.g. CIPD membership.
*Up-to-date knowledge of developments in education and training and adult learning
*Knowledge of various blended learning and development approaches knowledge of
learning management systems
*Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends in e learning provision.
* Knowledge of innovative communication methods to promote learning and
development activities.
* Full understanding of the Training Cycle and its components.
