My client is currently looking to recruit a Fundraising Manager to join their team based in Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience in fundraising to join a great cause and develop themselves at the same time. The role involves a 37.5 working week however candidates must be flexible for weekend and out of hours work for fundraising events.

The Position involves -
Developing and leading the fundraising department team, offering strategic thinking and resource development.

Ensuring all 3rd parties are provided legal, operational and informative support to promote success, innovation and development in all fundraising activity.

Achieving sales targets and taking lead in specific projects with drive to turn "one off" fundraisers into regular events/activities

Requirements for role -

Experience in management and fundraising is required as being able to lead the team confidently whilst taking into account legal, operational and strategic issues will be a necessity.

Involvement in budgeting and forecasting effectively.

Networking with several parties and communicating effectively.

An organised and thorough mentality being able to complete own targets whilst supporting and managing the fundraising team.
