Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Assistant
Absolute Accountancy Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with an exciting and rapidly growing organisation to recruit a dedicated Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be part of a well established and extremely hard working team who are responsible for a large volume of invoicing, processing payment runs and month end reporting.
- Processing, matching and coding invoices (2000-2500 a month)
- Monthly payment runs
- Adhoc manual payments
- Liaising with non-finance contacts to resolve queries
- Month end reporting
Previous experience required
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger role
- Good organisation
- Knowledge of Purchase Order processes
