Our client, a well know insurance brand, are currently recruiting for a number of motor insurance account handlers.

They are looking for someone who is self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. An excellent communicator, who is able to understand the customer’s needs. Someone who is able to get on with others and be a team-player is essential.
You must be able to communicate on all levels, be motivated and self-driven with a desire to succeed. We require you to be IT proficient and able to adapt to new software packages. A keen eye for detail and accuracy is a must for this particular role. You will need to be an excellent telephone communicator and able to demonstrate success and experience in Customer Services. A background in the insurance sector is preferred for this role.

Experience in the use of the Open Gi system would be beneficial but not essential

Knowledge on Motor Trade Road Risk and Motor Trade Combined Policies is also desirable as well as being able to understand Insurance Company Schemes and Policy Wordings and the ability to use email to communicate with clients and Insurers.

Must be Punctual and have a good attendance record.
Duties include:
* Answer telephone enquiries from clients for mid-term changes.
* Answer telephone enquiries from clients to deal with their queries and understand their needs.
* Processing incoming post from clients and Insurance Companies.
* Post monies to client records and set up premium finance agreements when necessary
* To assist Sales department with issuing documentation.
* Answer telephone enquiries from Insurance Companies
*Maintain client records ensuring all details are updated and correct
*Action daily client diary
*Action daily Insurer diary.

Must have a minimum of Grade C on all educational exams taken.

Our offices are open 9am-7pm. Monday to Friday. Shifts are split into 2 as follows of 9am to 6pm and 10am to 7pm on set days of the week
