About the PMLD Graduate Behaviour Mentor Role
As a PMLD Graduate Behaviour Mentor you will be helping to add another element to class learning within KS1 and KS2 depending on the needs and stage of each pupil. Your responsibilities as PMLD Graduate Behaviour Mentor will include developing your approach and technique through the analysis, tuition and advice of a Class Teacher mentor who will always be on-hand to support your progression. This PMLD Graduate Behaviour Mentor position involves managing small groups and enhancing your knowledge and awareness of different needs and at time you will work 1:1 with identified learners.

Person Specification for SEN/PMLD Teaching Assistant
You must be an experienced PMLD Graduate Behaviour Mentor who has worked with children in a paid role and possess naturally supportive attitude. You will arrive with a determination to nurture and foster the wellbeing of those who need additional support.
