This recently refurbished small boutique hotel is looking for an experienced operations manager to come on board.

As an experienced operations manager you will be expected to come on board and input all necessary systems of a new hotel opening such as booking systems, marketing, business development and team recruitment.

Key duties will include:
-Managing the team on a daily basis
-New hotel opening procedures
-Delivering a high quality of service
-Managing P&L
-Team recruitment at all levels
-Implementing business development strategies
-Setting up booking systems and the hotel website
-Working a long side the owners to grow and re-establish the hotel

This role will suit an experienced assistant General manager or general manager who has had previous new hotel opening experience or a current operations manager looking for a new challenge.
It is essential that you have experience in a new hotel opening along with knowledge of implementing all necessary systems and procedures of a new hotel.

Salary will depend on experience between £25k - £35k
