Based in Central London.
£21'000 With a 10'000 Additional OTE (uncapped)
Our client is looking for Graduates to join their business development sales team. You would be selling events and conference software. With clients spanning 100 countries worldwide, with a client base consisting of event management companies and blue chip cooperates, our client is a global provider of cloud based technology. Their solutions enable their clients to fully maximise their meetings, conferences and events.
The role and key responsibilities
As a Graduate Development Executive, you will.
*Be a first point of contact for prospective customers and partners
*Contact key decision makers and develop relationships with industry associations
*Carry out presentations and provide detailed product information
*Build great relationships with senior sales teams, to ensure new-booked business is achieved
*Constant self-improvement of skills and product knowledge by continuous first class training and coaching
To succeed in this role you will need to have
*A Bachelor's Degree
*Some sales experience is preferred but not essential
*Attention to detail, being very customer centric so their experience is second to none
*Able to have the initiative to work independently but also as part of a team
*Expertise in questioning techniques, negotiation and building long term relationships
*Great communication skills (verbal and written)
*Prior use of sales tools, such as salesforce and web collaboration tolls like WebEx, a benefit but again not essential.
