We are working with an exciting new sports broadcaster to source a fantastic CRM Marketing Executive.

The CRM Executive will represent a modern and innovative sports brand, they will adopt an extraordinary and credible approach to their marketing. We are looking for a CRM Executive, who is hungry for the opportunity to do something unprecedented, to change the way we consume sport forever.

Key role and responsibilities
? Reports directly to the CRM Manager
? Copywriting for automated, regular and ad hoc email marketing campaigns including: welcome, churn, retention, upgrade, acquisition and newsletter emails.
? Optimisation of product, communication and customer lifecycle and journeys.
? Creation of customer surveys and preference capture methods to developing a deeper understanding of our customers and identify new areas of opportunity.
? Development of in-app CRM, messaging development and subscription conversion.
? Creation of landing pages and articles to generate campaign conversions.
? Reporting on CRM activity and subscription lifecycle.
? Coordinate and assist marketing leaders requirements on campaigns
? Creation and updating of marketing material including briefs, corporate material
? Check and proofreading of marketing material and campaign material
? Detailed checks of marketing campaign launch and coordinate when issues occur
? Support of overall marketing team functions and tasks

You Are
* Experienced with HTML and CSS essential
* Proven success in creating emails in an ESP
* Someone who loves sport
* Good team player with proactive and collaborative working style.
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong multi-tasking ability
* Strong creative eye
* Positive, can do attitude
* Self-starter
