A great opportunity has arisen for a sales consultant to join a small team located in a factory based on Sutton Fields Industrial Estate, Hull. This role is varied and creates an interesting and unique job opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities:-
• You will be required to recognise the needs of a customer and provide a chance for meeting those needs through the purchase of products or services
• Guide potential customers to discover their requirements and then offer the best solution to ensure needs are fulfilled
• Meet or exceed the sales targets
• Constantly maintain contact and build rapport with existing customers.
• Keep records of all interactions with customers
• Must be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge
• Regularly monitor the preferences of customers

Skills and Specifications
• You will need to have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good networking skills and deal with a wide variety of customers and client companies

A driving licence is essential as you will need to travel to pre-made appointments.

Appointments will be made on your behalf so no cold calling is required, all customer’s, prospective and existing, will be expecting your arrival, however, on some occasions you will be the first person the customer meets from the company, therefore presentable attire and professional demure along with a confident presence is essential.

Some purchasing will be required.

Sales experience is not essential, as long as you are confident and outgoing.
