Administrator – Leeds

£16k DOE

Our client a Solicitors firm based in the Leeds city centre are looking for a organised and well presented individual to ensure the effective, efficient and consistent provision of

providing administration support to the firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a previous similar role who has the capacity to adhere to both general administration and adhoc duties on a day to day basis including mail merges, binding accounts. The role will involve dealing with literature of delicate nature where attention to detail is imperative.

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet clients

• Manage all reception duties

• Digital archiving of closed client files

• Recording incoming mail on internal systems

• Logging all outgoing post; distribution of internal post/faxes where appropriate

• Respond to telephone/email enquiries

• Responsible for stock management duties

• Maintaining office and reception cleanliness

• Performing monthly stock takes for purchasing.

Key Skills

• Good customer service skills including front of house and telephone experience

• Educated to GCSE Level

• I.T literate - Basic Microsoft skills e.g. Excel, Word

• Outlook

• Database experience (beneficial but not essential)

• Good communicator

• Good organisational

Monday to Friday – 9:00am till 17:30pm

Salary £ 16k DOE
