First contact with customers for customer service enquiries.
Administration of customer service enquiries, logging, forwarding to support personnel, following up actions and ensuring customer requirements are met.
Provide solution to customer for first level requirements.
Monitor customer site database and flag follow up visits, rental invoicing, licensing, or support issues.
Create reports of customer service performance and customer satisfaction and contribute to improving performance levels.
Reports to Customer Service Operations Manager.

Excellent administrative abilities, close attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills.
Good customer relations skills.
Advanced ability with Excel, proficient with web and MS Office applications.
Some understanding of engineering and technical issues, preferably one or more of the following: civil, structural or geophysical engineering, M&E installation, RF networks.
Understanding of commercial issues, such as costs and pricing.
An ability to work effectively in a busy team and sometimes under pressure.
Minimum of two years’ experience of customer service in an engineering or technical environment.
Minimum BTEC Higher National Certificate level or equivalent in a technical subject, or in business administration if accompanied by experience in a relevant technical field.
