This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's Client Services Team as a Senior Account Manager building long and valuable relationships with our largest clients.

Our client is a fast growing business based in central London. They provide a uniquely powerful CRM and loyalty platform to the shopping centre industry, and have signed up some of the biggest players in the market.

As a Senior Account Manager you will be working with the team to ensure our clients get huge value from our technology, and love our company.


* Working with project managers and sales people to ensure new and expanding clients are happy with the products they have brought
* Managing the growth of one of our largest clients
* Working with clients to build and execute email, loyalty and CRM marketing strategies
* Point of contact for senior representatives of key client
* Build long term relationships and grow accounts by identifying and targeting opportunities
* Confidence to work with C level clients to plan marketing and loyalty strategy at the highest level

Our ideal candidate will have:

* Experience of managing client accounts, either from an agency or technology business.
* Understanding of email, CRM and loyalty marketing.
* Minimum 2-5 years Account Management experience.
* Ideally working in a technology focused area or with a technology focused client - you need to understand and enjoy technology but not be an engineer!
* A second language is essential, preferrably French/ German/ Spanish
