Lecturer in Professional Cookery and Patisserie
UCB are seeking to appoint an accomplished professional Chef/Patissier with relevant industry experience to join our highly skilled team within the College of Food.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a range of programmes and should therefore possess the ability to teach a range of subjects across professional cookery, including patisserie.
In addition to the above, you will demonstrate excellent communication and team working skills, high levels of commitment and a student-centred approach which inspires and motivates.
You will benefit from a supportive working environment which encourages professional development, including the attainment of a recognised teaching qualification and outstanding facilities for staff and students.
