Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for Payroll Specialist for a growing Accountancy firm in Sheffield.

You will be responsible for and have experience within processing multiple payrolls simultaneously (approx 170) and have the ability to work independently.

Duties will include:

- Setting up new payroll clients
- Creating new client accounts with HMRC
- Processing payrolls and submitting RTI reports within the required timescales
- Calculating additional items such as holiday pay, SSP and SMP
- Dealing with queries from clients and their employees
- Dealing with HMRC queries
- Calculating and processing pension contributions including set up and administration of schemes under auto enrolment
- Production of reports
- Maintaining client files

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are looking to speak to candidates with the following skills and experiences in order to be considered:

* Proven experience within a Multiple Payroll function
* SAGE experience
* Competent IT knowledge and use of all Microsoft Packages especially Excel
* Knowledge of SSP, SMP,SPP, Income tax, National Insurance, pensions etc.
