Golf Travel Customer Service Executive, London, Salary to £20k
You will be speaking to trade and direct customers concerning pre and post departure inquiries by making changes to a short break, inputting bookings into the system, sending confirmation and processing payments. Central London Location and offering a salary of £20k.
Golf Travel Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
Checking booking are correct and updated
Making amendments to existing bookings and dealing with cancellations
Sending out e-mail confirmations
Collecting and processing payments
Advising clients on pre travel arrangements
Dealing with complaints or refunds
Dealing with the daily post
Negotiating with suppliers
Responding to client queries via email and telephone and chat
Golf Travel Customer Service Executive Requirements
Must be working in a customer service, operations or administrative role.
Carry effective organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
Proven ability to work under pressure
Flexible approach to work
Good all-round knowledge of European travel
A passion for Golf is a must!
