B2B Business Development Manager - Field Based - Greater London

An outstanding opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic organisation, working with a genuinely unique product into the residential housing industry.

In this position you will be selling into residential housing developers in the UK for an organisation with a genuine USP, and a real chance to develop a career long term. Previous experience of selling into this industry is essential.

Location: Field Based

Role Summary

  • Generate new leads through the effective targeting of residential property developers.
  • Management of the full sales cycle from; generating leads, closing sales, through to account management, so as to be able to nurture and grow new and existing customer accounts.
  • Ability to deal with all stakeholders that includes; developers, architects, foremen, estate agents, interior designers etc.
  • Understand house plans in order to specify the correct units.
  • Field based covering the greater London area.

The Person

  • Proven track record of selling to residential property developers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work from one’s own initiative, proactively managing new and existing customer accounts.
  • Strong communication and product presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, to be able to maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Organised and target orientated.

The Package

  • Basic Salary £25k - £35k dependent on experience
  • £35k - £50k OTE

Previous experience with business development within the essential property industry is essential. Interview to take place 19th/20th July
