Randstad CPE - Maintenance Multi Trader

Full Time - Permanent

Randstad CPE is working in partnership with one of the country's largest FM and Maintenance providers to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified multi skilled maintenance Multi Trader.

You will be a friendly, motivated, reliable and hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on commercial maintenance contracts. You will have extensive knowledge, experience in electrical/plumbing/carpentry discipline as well as experience as a multi trader that can turn his hand to most trades. You will also have experience in completing plumbing, electrical, fabric, and carpentry reactive repairs and PPMs on both domestic and commercial sites.

Working on this contract you will be part of a team who completes reactive repairs and planned maintenance across a variety of buildings and locations. The role requires a multi-discipline approach and will involve both electrical, carpentry and plumbing repairs/maintenance.
