This well established mainl contractor has managed to attract the best calibre of staff in the region. Through paying the best salaries around and creating a great working environment in their purpose built offices they have gone from strength to strength.

We now have an opportunity for a proven and experienced Estimator to join the team. Suitable applicants will come from a contracting background and have the following;

· Main contracting/ Residential experience
· Capable of producing BoQs and pricing BoQs from limited information
· Working with other team members to produce accurate tender information
· Liaison with clients to understand and interpret their needs
· Making additional enquiries to help with certainty on tender prices (services, soil reports, etc)
· The ability to read and understand architectural drawings
· Production of financial breakdowns for cost analysis
