CAS Behavioural Health is currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician at their Learning Disability Hospital in Colchester.

The Role
This is a new role to Fairview and as such you will be able to make the role your own. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will manage the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality Hospital pharmaceutical service within the Fairview. The Pharmacy Technician will be an integral member of the MDT Team and you can expect to be involved in everything from medicine management, dispense medications, screening drug charts, and patient counselling, as well as taking an active role in ward rounds.

The Job Requirements
The successful candidate will hold NVQ Level 3, BTEC or equivalent qualifications and have a current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. They will also have relevant post-qualification experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.

Further job information
This position is a full-time vacancy, working 40 hours per week across 7 days a week on rotational basis including evening, weekends and Bank Holidays.
