Kingston Noble are working along side one of the UK's leading care providers to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead for their flagship home in Chester.

The stunning new flagship care home is  positioned in a residential area alongside the Countess of Chester Hospital in Cheshire allowing for easy access by public transport.  Three-miles outside the centre of Chester, the home is a short drive from all the shops, cafés, pubs, library and other attractions the city has to offer.

Their dedicated team provide a range of care and support for residents, including residential care, dementia care, nursing care, palliative care and respite care around the clock.

Our client are looking to recruit an experienced senior Nurse who feels they are ready to step into the position of Clinical Lead, you will report and work directly with the home manager of the 70 bedded residential, Nursing and pallative care home.

As a clinical lead Nurse you will lead the team of Nurses and care staff in their day to day duties, take charge of medication audits and chair MDT meetings.

You will also:

• Work autonomously and independently whilst building strong relationships with the management and care staff throughout the organisation
• Maintain and assess the home's high quality care
• Organise and motivate the carers to ensure excellent standards of care are delivered
• Assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a  Nurse looking to develop their career potentially working your way up to registered home manager with the added support of the management team to achieve management qualifications.  

All candidates must have a valid NMC pin and have a minimum of 12 months experience in a senior Nursing role. It is also important to our client that you are caring, passionate and put residents needs first- you will also have a natural ability to deliver care in a person centred way.
