BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

WARRINGTON

£25K - £35K + uncapped OTE + Car

Hours of Work - Monday - Friday 40hrs per week with flexibility to the business

KEY DUTIES OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

* To manage the corporate sales database across Warrington and surrounding areas
* To continuously deliver on and above individual financial targets.
* To lead on the sales process of clients from end to end
* Preparing tender documents and proposals for all clients in the region
* To create opportunities to participate in high volume tenders.
* To prepare and lead client presentations, alongside BDD.
* Keep up to date with and understand Legislative, compliance and industry issues

* On time reporting of key information to Extra Personnel

* Key involvement in regional growth
* To manage BDC's in the region: Attend Sales meetings, coach telesales, drive fluidity in their pipeline, assist with documents and pricing, work to ensure the team targets are achieved.
* Report regional activity KPI's to BDD

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

* Strong Sales and Customer service experience within a fast paced changing environment
* Able to communicate at all levels and report BD activity to Operations managers.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads which continually change
* Computer literate - outlook, excel and word
* Extra Personnel systems and processes
* Ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines
* Ability to use a common sense approach to problem solving
* Full UK driving license required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Proven track record as Business Development Manager
* Strong Sales and Customer service experience within a fast paced changing environment
* Management and coaching
* Regional knowledge of competitor users
