Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator Team: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager
Responsible for: Support activities within the sales and marketing section of the business.

Job Purpose:
The role is to provide vital sales & marketing support specifically applicable to the sales department of the business, but not entirely limited to.

The sales and marketing co-ordinator will work to a plan of activities according to the goals and objectives and will take responsibility on a day-to-day basis for implementing a range of marketing actions targeting increasing sales.

It is essential that in all aspects of this role that consideration is given to the accuracy and presentation of the information, as most of it will be customer related. The role requires the individual to be flexible in all methods of working, thus ensuring that an efficient and competent level of service support is provided to both sales/marketing and customers alike.

1. Sales and Sales Support
 Assist in the production and execution (when required) of a plan for proactive account management for existing customers, engineering companies and dormant accounts
 Prepare and design sales presentations templates when required to support the sales team in promoting the business and increasing awareness in the marketplace.
 Updating and maintaining master sales log.
 Updating of ERP System - Syspro, either through their own efforts or by assisting the sales force with up-dated information and follow up reminders.
 Completing customer pre-qualification documents
 Preparing and coordinating sales material for international use
 Assist sales force and global agents with lead generation, enquiries and sales follow ups
 Updating and management of a number of SAP accounts and sales qualification systems
 Overseeing the Customer Feedback Process

2. Marketing Coordination
 Assist in the production of company market analysis and marketing plan collating and publishing information on industry trends both by sector and geographically
 Compiling yearly statistics on enquiries by channel and industry and sales statistics by value, products and enquiry route
 Coordinate all marketing campaigns, including PR, design & content creation, management and analysis of all Social media channels, co-ordination of internal and external communications as well as analytics evaluation and reporting
 Identifying new market opportunities and new customers through market research and reporting
 Support with management of marketing budget
 Work closely with external agency for continuous website update and developments
 Coordinate global trade shows including research, co-ordination, communication with partners, stand build, logistics and content programme
 Management of contacts and photos database and data validation
 Brand management including development of clients marketing brand, product range and new product launch
 Coordinate photography of product range as and when required
 Assisting with general marketing duties as and when required
 Full design, content creation, distribution and results analysis for all Extract’s email campaigns
 Co-operation with Aftersales department for a separate marketing plan and actions
 Co-operation with the Americas and Singapore offices to create global company image and communications
 Liaison with media partners such as industry journals, magazines and website portals to ensure promotion of Extract brand
 Networking at industry events and local charity networking meetings
 Co-operation with the HR department to ensure promotion of Community Outreach

3. Reception
To provide reception / switchboard support as required for holidays / sickness and meetings.
 Record all external visitors’ movements on site and greet in an appropriate professional manner.
 Ensure the reception area is kept organised and presentable at all times.
 Ensure all personnel wear protective foot wear, clothes and safety glasses when entering the shop floor.

4. General
 Keeping literature racks in reception and the general office fully stocked.
 Assisting with customer visits
 Responding to and logging web and general sales enquiries
