Platinum Recruitment's Regional Division is currently representing a Restaurant in Swanage and have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

Client
Our client is an award winning restaurant & hotel in Dorset. Part of a well know group of hotels their main focus is on the growing of fresh seasonal produce for use in their Restaurant. Working closely with local suppliers, along with the Chefs, the garden team play an integral role in catering for guests in an environment where 80% of the dishes contain one or more items grown or produced on site.

Role
As a Chef within this group you will get to:-
* Work with locally sourced produce.
* Fruit cages - pick the fruit and then produce a dish using ingredients.
* Move around sections.
* Attend butchery and charcuterie masterclasses.
* Have regular tasting of new dishes and ingredients.
* Go foraging.
* Build relationships with local suppliers.
* Attend the weekly kitchen walk around.
* Create new dishes.
