DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE - 1 AA Rosette
I am looking for a talented Demi Chef De Partie with a AA Rosette background and a drive to develop their career to come and join one of our clients at their idyllic, historical hotel based near St Austell. Our client runs a luxury 4* Hotel based on a 43 acre estate. The Hotel features a fine dining brasserie which has been awarded a single AA Rosette and features the finest of local Cornish cuisine with all ingredients locally sourced and bought straight to the plate.
Our client is in need of an aspiring Demi Chef De Partie who is looking for a new challenge and to work with fresh local produce to turn it into exceptional seasonal dishes. As a candidate you will need to demonstrate an ability of producing Rosette standard food whilst working at a fast pace. The kitchen is headed by a fantastic chef who will help support you and your career.
As a Demi CDP you will need to:
- Run your own section
- Cook to a consistently high level
- Have a proven track record in a AA Rosette kitchen
- Help and support all members of the kitchen team
- Be highly organised
- Stay calm and work well under pressure
- Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines and procedures
In return you will receive a salary of between £18k - £18.5k per annum along with this you would also receive a bi-annual share in tips and have access to using the new staff accommodation for £50 per week with all bills inclusive.
