Our client is looking to recruit a positive candidate with a "can do" attitude. They are flexible on the level of experience, essentially this is a Customer focused role, delivering a high level service.

Salary at £18-20k; You will have a good education, with some pensions admin experience.

Salary at £20-22k: You will have pensions experience with some qualifications, or studying towards pensions qualifications within the next 6 months.

FA2, CF1, RO1, RO4.

Duties

Contribute to effective two-way communication across your team and other teams.

Contribute to an innovative environment both within the team and the Customer Services department as a whole.

Maintain a good knowledge of the phone systems, procedures and processes is developed and maintained.

Help ensure that the whole team meets statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Ensure a good level of communication is given to clients – adapting the delivery to suit the audience.

Develop and maintain an understanding of the company products, and their industry

Skills

Self motivated, driven personality with a willingness to learn.

Flexible and forward thinking when dealing with clients and/or processing work.

Ability to display a positive and “can do” attitude.

Willingness to be flexible and adapt in a change environment.

Experience

Demonstrable commitment to the improvement of customer service to the benefit of the business.

Demonstrable ability to input data to computer systems.

Financial services experience preferable.

Customer service background preferable.
