Pure are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable Credit Controller for a business based in Ipswich.

As a member of the finance team, we are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, confidential and who is organised as time management is key.

Pure are looking for the successful candidate to have strong attention to detail, Good Excel skills and communication skills, while being Self-motivated.

Responsibilities include:

• Raising sales invoices for contracts by legal entity ensuring the invoices are raised on time and are accurate
• Recharging the income internally within the group if needed, ensuring both the income and cost are posted accurately within the ledger so intercompany accounts within the P&L and balance sheet fully reconcile
• Raising credit notes as required, having obtained appropriate approval
• Working closely with the management accountants and head of service to ensure correct billing - updating master billing records as needed, contract renegotiations, contract renewals
• Ensuring income is entered into the ledgers correctly
• Sales VAT knowledge advice to the business to ensure HMRC VAT compliance
• Writing off bad debts from liquidation notices
