Project and Programme Co-ordinator
A fabulous opportunity for a bright graduate or experienced Project Co-ordinator to join a busy, well established and growing company.
Working with a great team in modern offices in Farnham, this role will be involved in national renovation and building projects.
Managing communications between the client, the site and the office
Monitoring the project progress for the renovations and reporting to the MD
Liaising with multiple specialists to achieve a common goal
Responding to ad-hoc urgent requests
Material purchasing and negotiating
Collating information from multiple areas of the business and produce cases towards the improvement of the procurement process
Present findings to the Managing Director
On each project tasks will involve:
Client and Site Manager liaising
Meetings and minute taking
Managing the supplier relationship and the procurement process, office support, approve quotes and site visits.
Filing and archiving of information
Supporting the Contract Manager
Approving invoices and generating PO's.
Liaising with the warehouse on stock levels and site deliveries
Arranging all site welfare - quotes for skips, containers and set up of the sites for employees
Writing up H&S plans with the site managers for each project
General project support eg. measure up drawings
This would suit a highly motivated quick thinker who has the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. A strong organiser with first class interpersonal skills and it is essential to have proven ability working under pressure
