Experienced Account Executive (Telesales) required for financial services company based in Brighton, £28k OTE £40K but uncapped commission. Our client has specified that candidates must come from an employee benefits/group risk/individual protection background and have strong sales ability in a similar role.


- Managing a portfolio of 400 Brokers, so warm calling to existing/lapsed Brokers who sell their products.

- Ability to build relationships with IFA's to develop potential.

- Drive and deliver sales according to targets.

- Influence IFA decision-making through demonstrating a full working knowledge of products, services and technology,and a high knowledge of market and competitor products.

- Have a full picture of current pipeline and sales stages of all opportunities and drive maximum rates and margin.

Naturally you will be a confident and proven sales person, with previous financial services sales experience. Strong drive and hunger to succeed, money motivated, ability to build rapport, with strong knowledge of group risk products.

This is a full time permanent role working Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm, £28000 plus uncapped commission. Immediate interviews.
