A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telesales\Customer Service Person to join this forward thinking, vibrant and friendly well established business located in Aylesford. The successful candidate will be motivated and strive to achieve targets whilst still maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.

Are you working within sales/retail or customer service or from a catering background having had some customer service experience and looking for a new position where you can earn commission on top of your basic salary, working Monday-Friday with No Cold Calling!

You will be outgoing, enjoy communicating and building rapport with customers and have good all round administration skills.

The company will be happy to mentor the successful candidate that has the potential to add to their business and a full training programme will be put in place for you to help develop your career.

On target earnings can be between £200 - £300 per month in addition to your basic wage.

Main duties of the role will include daily contact with a set area of existing customers, with the support of the external representative. Working through a list of customers to call each day. Answering inbound calls and dealing with orders and queries. Processing orders, detailing promotions, pricing and availability. Actively take part in weekly promotions with suppliers to promote and sell their products. Contact customers that have not purchased within a set time frame and re-establish communication.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm with a half hour lunch break. Applicants will need to be flexible as there is a requirement to work the occasional Sunday working from 11am-5pm, for which you will be paid and also receive a day off in lieu.
