Our client is looking for an experienced Telesales Advisor to work in their busy sales contact centre on the outskirts of Halifax. They are looking for additional experienced Telemarketers to further strengthen the existing strong sales teams. With a £19k basic and typical OTE of £30k (uncapped) you will be targeted on sales output. So if you’re driven by great earning potentials and want to join a growing team then get in touch.

OVERVIEW
• You will be part of a busy team with responsibility of directly selling customer products and services over the phone using negotiation skills (multi-channel contact – telephone, email, mail, marketing available to you etc)
• You will focus on B2B sales in a specific market sector, with new business will be at the forefront of your mind.
• Bonus levels is uncapped with the incentive you can earn substantial earnings on to top of your basic salary

• Selling over the phone, you will be speaking daily to a varied range of people - from the department staff through to business directors. You will be sending and dealing with sales quotes and queries on products/services.
• Prospect both new and existing customers to identify growth opportunities for the company
• Build excellent professional rapport with your customer base and become a trusted advisor to your customers
• Have a disciplined approach to each day, managing your productivity and results alike, always looking for new opportunities to develop and improve
• Accurately and efficiently manage and develop own customer database by following the company Sales Cycle
• Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the company product range and services and adapt appropriately
• Demonstrate a broad awareness of the industry regulations, markets and competitor activity
• Effectively apply the company spin cycle at all times to ask open questions, listen effectively, identify customer concerns and overcome objections

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to proactively work of an area unsupervised
• Good understand of sales and telemarketing
• Understand how to set goals and achieve targets
• Great communicator, someone who can enthuse and motivate those around them
